Welcome to Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga with Ocean Yoga Bliss
In a typical SUP Yoga class, instructors will first give a lesson on the beach on how to paddle. After a short warm up of yoga on the beach, instructors and students will take their boards out to practice paddling. After learning how to paddle, the instructor will guide the participants in a safe, sequenced series of yoga postures. You don't have to know how to paddle. Beginners are welcome. What is included: cost of paddle board, paddle and personal floation device rental, paddle board instruction and yoga instruction.
What to bring/wear: On warm days, only a swimsuit or swimsuit with rash guard is needed. If you would like us to reserve a wetsuit for you, please email 48 hours before event. Bring sunblock, swimgear, sunglasses with strap, water, beach towel, surfhat (optional), quarters for parking, and credit card if you want to rent a wet suit. Optionally bring your waterproof camera, but be sure not to drop it if it doesn't float.
Location: Capitola Beach.
Refunds: full refund if event is cancelled due to weather, wave conditions or if cancelled by organizer.
