This session is aimed at modeling and teaching structures to maximize the first 20 minutes of a math class to make sure that students get maximum exposure to high-quality, high-rigor math problems that reconcile both procedures and problem solving. Participants will leave the session with knowledge of these structures as well as a framework from which to plan for their implementation.
