Our first Table One dinner for 2013 will feature the fabulous cuisine of our spectacular Pacific Northwest.
And Chef Daryl Shular will be returning as our guest chef!
Daryl is currently Director of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Atlanta while serving on the USA Culinary Olympic Team. He and Chef Doug are pondering Coho Salmon, Washington State cherries, Columbia Gorge pears and apples, Williamette Valley succulent Marionberries, huckleberries, fresh organic vegetables and black truffles from Lane County, lamb and beef from northwestern ranchers and famous Idaho potatoes!
Ophelia Santos, our wine expert, has selected some of the finest Pinot Noir, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon blanc varietals from the Williamette and Umqua Valleys, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Yakima and Columbia Valleys in Washington and ice wine from the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia. The cost is $150. We hope you can come! We have a 10 guest limit. If we have a large group we may have to schedule a second night!
