Welcome to the PCB-AHA Conference Registration website. Please register here for the conference and purchase tickets for the special events you plan to attend. If you wish to bring a guest to a special event, you may order extra tickets without registering your guest for the conference. However, if you wish to register for more than one person for the conference, please register each person on a separate transaction. On this website, you may also make a contribution to a PCB-AHA endowment fund, and order a new subscription to the Pacific Historical Review.

Please note:  Due to guarantees we must make, we ask that you purchase any special event tickets in advance on-line. The availability of these tickets for purchase at the Registration Table during the conference will be extremely limited. 


Advance On-Line:

Early:  April 1-30, 2013 (save money, register early)

Regular:  May 1-July 9, 2013

In-Person at Registration Table:

Late:  August 8-10, 2013 (a $20 late registration fee will apply to the Regular registration rate). 

Registration Table:  Your packet with the program, name tag, and any event tickets you order in advance will be available for pick-up during the conference at the PCB-AHA Registration Table:

Thursday, August 8, 1-5pm, and Friday and Saturday, August 9-10, 8am-5pm.

Exhibitors:  We have reserved space near the registration table for exhibitors. To register for an exhibition table and space, please contact Peter J. Blodgett, Ph.D., Executive Director, PCB-AHA, at:  pblodgett@huntington.org. 


Refunds of the Registration Fee, less $20 for handling, will be made for written requests received prior to July 9, 2013.  No refunds for special events can be made after that date due to financial guarantees we must make based upon expected attendance. Please notify us immediately at pcbregistration@cgu.edu if your plans for attending change after you register.


Until July 9, 2013, a block of rooms has been reserved at a special group rate of $149 plus taxes per night for single or double occupancy at The Westin Denver Downtown, located at 1672 Lawrence Street, Denver, CO 80202

To make reservations, go the PCB-AHA website and click on the direct link for hotel reservations for our group. 

If you make your reservation by phone, you must ask for the special group rate for the Pacific Coast Branch of the American Historical Association. After July 9, if not sold out, the Hotel will determine whether or not it can subsequently accept reservations based on a space and rate-available basis at the group rate. Be advised, the block of rooms may sell out well before the cut-off date.
