Registration is limited to the first 31 schools that 1) pay the table fee and 2) complete and return the school profile form.
This registration link is only for schools wanting to purchase a table at the fair. We will have another registration for parents wishing to attend the fair beginning in October. For schools wishing to register after the first 25 schools are registered, we will set up a waiting list.
Join us for this wonderful opportunity to showcase your programs and your school, meet prospective families, and network with other independent and private schools. Schools from all over the Peninsula will be represented including schools for children with special needs. Attendance has been growing every year and we are confident that parents will come from the south as well as the northern part of the peninsula.
Table fee for schools is $75 for each school. Payment may be made credit card here or by mailing a check to Sandra Stein, Parents Place - 200 Channing Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94301.
After payment is received, the school profile form will be emailed to you. Once the form is completed and returned, your slot will be confirmed.
The fair will be open to the public.

Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy:
In the event of a workshop cancellation due to low enrollment, you will be given the option to apply the credit toward another workshop or receive a refund. Parents Place does not provide refunds for missed workshops. However, with 48 hours advance notice of your inability to attend, we will offer another workshop(s) of equal value in exchange for the missed workshop.
