Osceola Social Services is the #1 online source for providing information that empowers residents and their families in the area. We think of our website as a resource center rather than a directory of local companies and organizations in Osceola County. With this in mind, we continue to update our website frequently with a compilation of resources to improve quality of life of our local community.

We host Industry Professional Seminars, teaching various topics from prenatal health to immigration law. There is a calendar promoting upcoming events, discounts, special offers from local entities, and emergency services from local companies with exclusive offers for residents of Osceola County and surrounding areas and much more!

Community leaders will sponsor our 1st Industry Professional Seminar on October 30
th, 2012, at the Celebration Hotel.

The topic for this event will be: Women’s Health and the benefits of the Healthcare bill by Dr. Linda Burke-Galloway. Linda Burke-Galloway, M.D., is a board-certified ob-gyn, medical malpractice consultant for the federal government and author of The Smart Mother’s Guide to a Better Pregnancy: How to Minimize Risks, Avoid Complications, and Have a Healthy Baby. Send in your questions regarding the new Healthcare bill and the top 3 will be answered in the LIVE discussion session at the event.

Seating capacity is 60 - 90 people.  Sponsors will have a “Wellness Showcase” presenting their products and services available to Osceola residents. Event Sponsor list so far includes: Juice Plus+, Gorilla Soap, Forever Secure Lock & Safe, Jane Harper - Certified Life Coach, Smart Mother’s Guide, Jacko Tek Productions, with more TBA later.

This event is the first of many that will inform the public on issues relevant to the well-being of residents their children and family. For more information on our “Industry Professional Seminars” or Osceola Social Services please visit our website at http://www.OsceolaSocialServices.org
