"OrgOrg saved my life." - Emily, High Fidelity
"I truly feel like you are all my little secret wizards that I keep in my back pocket." - Kayla, PactApp
"OrgOrg changed my life. I read every day, and it has all the information that I need, for everything that I need to do." - Xanadu, Klout
We agree! OrgOrg is a tremendous resource, and we are insanely proud to have come so far with out Little Google Group That Could! But with membership climbing past 700, we need to put our money where our mouth is and build the kickass resource that this group deserves. We've done the research and talked to a few developers who are interested in taking this project in full. And we're talking FULL: Vendor recommendation directory, customizable email list subscriptions, a jobs board, and more!
Trouble is, we have no money.
To that end, we’ve decided to host our (first ever!) fundraiser! Treat yourself to party with great drinks, tasty food, massages, and swag bags; all while helping make OrgOrg an even more invaluable tool for this amazing community. Here are a few ways for you to get involved:
- You can come!
- You can donate!
- You can get your company to donate!
- You can livetweet with us to join the virtual party!
Not sure how much to donate? Think of every time OrgOrg has saved your life, and pitch in $2 per time! Just kidding. But honestly, consider the value you get out of this group, and if you can afford to make a contribution, however small, your donation will make a major impact on our ability to provide quality resources. Please share with friends, family, and the bosses and teammates whose lives have been bettered because you're a member of this community.
Major thanks to our event sponsors so far:
As well as PeerSpace, Zesty, MoveLoot, Clash Scavenger Hunts, Hands on Site Massage, EventYoda, and RoomService!
