What is VTS?
Have you ever watched someone express a complicated idea with a simple diagram or a few words? Visual thinking can be a superpower. XPLANE will host a Visual Thinking School (VTS) for ODN Oregon to spread the word and the value of visual thinking knowledge by teaching us how to become more visually literate and apply these skills to our work and our projects.

Faciliatator

Nina Narelle brings over 15 years of experience in organization design and systems thinking to inform her work leading organizational transformation. As a consultant with XPLANE, she helps groups dream big into their future state and emerge with stronger relationships and clear agreements for experimenting into the future. Her areas of specialization include: Organization Change and Design Thinking, Social Equity and Diversity, Leadership Development and Coaching, Visual Thinking, and Fun and Joyfulness as an Accelerator for Challenging Work. She has worked with a wide range of organizations from Fortune 500 companies, nimble start-ups, foundations, and non-profit and government agencies.

Nina has a B.A. in Economics from Lewis and Clark College and an MA in Leadership and Organization Development from Saybrook University.

NOTE: This event is specifically for the Oregon OD Network. This event does not replace XPLANE's regularly scheduled Visual Thinking School on the first Thursday of each month.

Parking: Available onthe street or in a nearby lot for a nominal fee.
Cost: $10 Chapter members and Partner Organizations; $25 others.
Refreshments: Light refreshments and beverages will be served.
RSVP: Online registration available until 8 am the morning of the event. Registration also available at the door if space available. Limited to 40.
