Oregon Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan Listening Meeting (R1)
Wednesday, September 24, 2014 from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM (PDT)
Room A/B , United States
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
The purpose of this Listening Meeting Workshop for the Oregon Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan (Plan) is to engage local governments and interested citizens in a conversation about policy direction in the Plan. The meeting will be small group workshop style event with each table tackling three topics - the first two topics will be safety and connectivity, the third will be one open ended and guided by each table.
Because of the need for table facilitators for each group table and limited room size, there are currently a total of 60 seats available. However, we do not wish to turn anyone away! A location change may be needed if demand exceeds capacity. In addition to the in-person meetings, an online open house will be available soon.
This Plan is a policy level plan and like other ODOT topic and mode plans, provides a vision and a policy framework for decision making and investment strategies within the context of the transportation system as a whole.
