Description
Come and explore a few of the limbs of yoga with Yogi Charu. From a few of the classical Yogic Kriyas (cleansing techniques), Beginner to Advance postures, Pranayama,Yoga Nidra (Art of Relaxation), Meditation and Yoga Philosophy(Karma as it is explained int the yogic texts). Together we will purify the body, practice some Mental Hygiene techniques and enter a place of inner and outer contentment!
