6:30 PM – Reception featuring internationally renowned kora player Karamo Susso, private viewing of "Shaping Power: Luba Masterworks from the Royal Museum for Central Africa" and light refreshments; BP Grand Entrance Courtyard (Urban Lights)

8:30 PM – U.S. Premiere! Winner of the 2013 Cannes Film Festival Vulcan Award: Grigris (Chad / 2013 / dir. Mahamat-Saleh Haroun); preceded by a conversation with Haroun and Elvis Mitchell, Bing Theater
