Open Research Workdays for National History Day Students in the Archives!
Visit the Archives Research Room on Saturday, October 26 or Saturday, November 2 from
11 a.m.-2 p.m. to get started on your National History Day project! The research room will be open on these Saturdays to NHD students only.
During the open hours, we'll show you how to register as a researcher, find primary sources related to your topic, and use the primary sources in the archives.
Space is limited at ten students per day so reserve a spot soon! Registration closes on Thursday, October 24. We ask that you bring a chaperone or adult with you. The chaperone has to remain throughout the visit.
Visitor parking is available for a fee in the Welcome Center Garage. Find more information at http://parking.nku.edu/visit.html.
For your visit, please bring paper, a laptop, or a tablet with you. We'll have pencils ready and a locker for you to put your bag and coat in. Help us preserve the historical documents and photographs by leaving drinks and food at home.
