Dear prayer connector and friend,
On behalf of the One Cry Network, we would like to invite you to be a part of a special meeting called the Congress of Prayer on Saturday, February 9th. Its focus is to discover and understand the purpose and power of prayer, while both equipping and challenging you to a deeper, more intimate prayer life.
As we continue to press on and grow in our faith, we would also like to encourage and help you be as effective as you possibly can in order to experience transformation both for yourself and for your campus.
The meeting will take place at Hephzibah House, 51 W 75th Street between Central Park West and Broadway. In order to get there, you can take either the 1,2,3 trains or the B or C trains to 72ndstreet. We will begin promptly at 10am to 4pm, but doors will be open at 9:45am. Please try to be on time. A light lunch will be provided, but please let us know if you will be attending so our Core Team can plan accordingly.
There will be a main session, followed by several hands on training times, including topics like:
What is prayer and why do we pray?
Praying the Lord’s Prayer
How can we pray effectively for our campus, leaders, etc.?
How can I hear God’s voice clearly?
How to lead a prayer meeting
The role of prayer in our spiritual maturity
You can choose several topics and go to the sessions you choose. Thank you so much for partnering with the One Cry Network! We hope to see you soon!
