Chicken is one of the most popular ingredients in many cusines. We will explore creating 5 terrific dishes from one chicken. Be prepared to get hands on as each participant will bone their own chicken during this class.
Buffalo Wings - Spicey and crispy with a fantastic bleu cheese dipping sauce.
Fried Chicken - Double breaded and fried till juicy and crispy.
Chicken Roulade - The breast get pounded flat and rolled with great ingredients. A classic what will become one of your favorites.
Roasted Chicken Thighs - Our recipe uses high heat to get you crispy skin and juicy meat while minimizing time in the oven.
Stir Fried Chicken - Chock full of vegetables and juicy chicken, we'll show you how to have tender greens with succulent chicken.
Class begins at 6:30pm and lasts approximately 2.5 hours.
