Old World Food Truck's Passover Seder (last minute availability for 4:30 PM Seder!)

Pesach is almost upon us!
Old World will host Passover on Friday, April 6th, and Saturday April 7th at our home in La Victoria Bakery. Come enjoy this once a year celebration as we as we commemorate liberation, eat, drink and relax. We'll read from the Haggadah, sing songs, perform our favorite rituals and have a festive dinner. If you've been to one of our holiday dinners, you've experienced the joy and togetherness that comes from uniting around our from-scratch Jewish soul food made with love.
We will hold a Seder on Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30 PM, and a late afternoon family-friendly seder on Saturday at 4:30 PM where young children recieve discounts!

Reading from the Haggadah...
accompanied by tradtional Passover ritual foods of bitter greens,
horseradish, haroset, and Hillel sandwiches
Followed by the Main Meal:
West Coast Gefilte Fish
Poached in aromatic fish broth accompanied by red beet-horseradish sauce
Matzah Ball Soup
With poached carrots and fresh dill
Greens, accompanied market veggies with green garlic vinaigrette
Lamb Roast & Braise
Roasted Leg of lamb rubbed with garlic and Middle Eastern spices, and Lamb shanks stewed with dried fruits.. along with roasted Spring vegetables and potatoes, with minted red onion chutney & jus
And the Desserts:

with whipped cream, fresh berries
Matzah chunks smothered with caramel, chocolate and nuts
