Oktoberfest! with Dai Due and Real Ale
Sunday, October 20, 2013 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (CDT)
Join us at the brewery for a Fall afternoon of Oktoberfest inspired food, beer, and music. We'll have 6 beers on tap, including Oktoberfest, Hans' Pils, and Brewers' Cut Maibock. Thanks to this year's legislative session you'll be able to purchase beers for consumption at the brewery!
To complement the beers, Dai Due will be serving up some fresh German style dishes prepared with local ingredients:
•Beef hot dog with maibock mustard, curry ketchup and a pickle on a roll
•Pork bratwurst with sauerkraut, firemans #4 mustard and a pickle on a roll
•Venison kasekrainer sausage with pickled mushrooms, firemans #4 mustard and grilled onions on a roll
•Apple cider braised pork belly with pickled apples, bitter greens and sweet potato dumpling (very limited!)
there will also be vegetarian sides and a dessert.
Live traditional and not-so-traditional German music will be provided by The Walburg Boys.
your $30 admission includes parking, special edition glass, 4 food tickets (entrees: 2 - 4 tickets; sides, desserts, pretzels: 1 ticket) and 2 beer tickets (16 oz. pours except for Mysterium Verum)
the $50 VIP option (only 50 seats) includes all of the above, plus a very special guided tasting (includes food and beer samples) with Dai Due's Chef Jesse Griffiths and Real Ale's Director of Brewing Ops Tim Schwartz.
note - THE VIP TASTING BEGINS AT 5pm
Brewery tours will be available on the hour. Additional food and beer tickets will be available for purchase

What do I get for the price of admission? How will the event work?
for your $30 admission you will get parking, special edition glass, 4 food tickets, 2 beer tickets,
and live entertainment. The Dai Due menu items will vary in price:
1 ticket (sides, pretzels, dessert)
2 tickets (Beef hot dog with maibock mustard, curry ketchup and a pickle on a roll)
3 tickets (Venison kasekrainer sausage with pickled mushrooms, firemans #4 mustard and grilled onions on a roll) and (Pork bratwurst with sauerkraut, firemans #4 mustard and a pickle on a roll)
4 tickets (Apple cider braised pork belly with pickled apples, bitter greens and sweet potato dumpling - only 250 servings available)
each beer ticket will get you a 16 oz. beer of your choice (except for Mysterium Verum which will be an 8 oz. pour) We will provide suggested pairings with the food items.
additional food and beer tickets will be available for purchase.
all food items and beers are subject to availability - some items may sell out before 6 pm.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
yes, tickets will be sold at the door until we sell out, so advance purchase is the only way to guarantee admission.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
entry to the event is all ages, you must have valid 21+ i.d. to drink beer.
entry for kids is free - food tickets are available a la carte
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Sorry, no pets at this event.
No outside food and drink. Water and a non-alcoholic soda will be available

What is the refund policy?
