Tier 1 Menu Choices [$26 Advance]
Kasespatzle – homemade spatzle baked with Gruyere cheese, caramelized onions and bacon.
Vegetarian Plate – baked parmesan tomato, grilled vegetables, spatzle, potato pancake, and red cabbage.
Hühnerschnitzel (Waldeck) - Boneless chicken breast seasoned and lightly breaded.
Pan fried to a crispy brown.
Tier 2 Menu Choices [$32 Advance]
Pork Goulash – homemade pork goulash served with spatzle and red cabbage.
Sausage Platter – bratwurst, thuringer and knockwurst served over sauerkraut and choice of potato.
Huhner Schnitzel – chicken schnitzel stuffed with creamy leeks, spinach and diced tomatoes. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable.
Schnitzel Sampler – This is a sampling of Rahm, Jaeger, and Gypsy schnitzels. Served with zesty red cabbage and German fries.
Stuffed Pork Loin – roast loin of pork with cherry stuffing topped with cherry pan gravy served with mashed potatoes and vegetable.
Lamb Shank – slow braised in a burgundy wine sauce and served with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
Edelweiss Salmon Crunch – baked Alaskan Salmon crowned with honey mustard glaze and a pecan crust. Served with blended wild rice and vegetables.
Zigeunerschnitzel – Our famous wiener schnitzel topped with a Zesty Gypsy sauce of tomato, bell peppers, onions and mushrooms.
Jägerschnitzel (Bavaria) - Juicy pork medallions sautéed with the right touch of spices. Topped with our Hunters sauce of bacon, onions and mushroom with a hint of cognac.
Wienerschnitzel (Lippe-Demold) - The best of Germany. Two veal cutlets seasoned and lightly breaded. Sautéed to a golden brown.
Rindsrouladen (West Prussia) - Thinly sliced lean beef stuffed with onions, pickles, bacon and spices. Served with a rich red wine sauce.
Edelweiss Platter (Sachsen) - A sampler platter for all tastes, this combination includes rindsrouladen, pork schnitzel, kassler, bratwurst and roast pork loin all nestled over red cabbage, sauerkraut, German fries and spätzle.
Tier 3 Menu Choices [$38 Advance]
Koenig Ludwig Schnitzel – enjoy fairy tale King Ludwig’s favorite: A pan seared Veal Schnitzel topped with spears of green asparagus and our lemon-sauce hollandaise served with choice of potato.
Stuffed Brook Trout – pan fried, brook trout with a shrimp and crabmeat stuffing. Served with blended rice and vegetables.
Hasenpfeffer – half rabbit marinated and slow roasted in a creamy brandy sauce with a hint of paprika. Served with red cabbage and spatzle.
Tier 4 Menu Choices [$42 Advance]
Roasted Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus – Served with horseradish cream sauce, choice of potato and vegetable of the day.
RSVP by picking Tier1, Tier 2, Tier 3 or Tier 4 menu option groups until tickets are sold out.
Once the event is sold out, a Wait Pool ticket option will be available. Tickets will be offered to the Wait Pool as they become available.
