Event Details

During this German autumn festival the main focus is always on beer, food and merriment. With such a wide variety of traditional recipes to choose from, delicious dishes almost always accompany those refreshing beers. We’ll show you how to throw your own Oktoberfest feast, where the food just might take center stage.

This is a demonstrative class with plenty of samples. On the menu: Soft Pretzels with Mustard; German Potato Salad with Parsley and Dill; German Sausages with Apples and Sauerkraut
