A new conference, Office Optional brings together team leaders and members to explore tools and techniques for successful distributed teams. Themes include managing from a distance, collaborating remotely and effective tools for both.
The one-day conference is geared for:
- Fully distributed teams with no office at all;
- Partially distributed teams with one or more offices and lots of staffers working from home; and
- Companies where nearly everyone is in various offices and people must work closely across the sites.
Office Optional will be held in San Francisco on April 22.
