In this session we will dive into the internal process in place at Rackspace that has been followed for their own implementation.  We will discuss everything from project goals to end user adoption and training, of course throwing in a little governance along the way.  You wont want to miss out on hearing first hand how Rackspace drank their own beer and implemented SharePoint for internal use.
