Objective: The opportunity to give tips to brides help to plan their wedding themselves and appear as an industry expert.  As well, solid information to help couples prepare for the marriage with advice on financial planning, insurance, and real estate.

Sponsorship Agreement

Boot Camp Packages 

 

 

____Package A - Booth/Presentation with logo on marketing materials - $550 (there are up to 12 spots open for Package A)

(Registration Fee After July 15: $650)

~ You will be able to be involved in expanded advertising efforts at no additional charge (please inquire for details). 

~ You will be able to have the opportunity to have a premium booth location/size.

~ You will be able to give a 10-15 minute presentation to an anticipated 50 brides and their guest.  Package A will be limited to one Vendor in each category.  (Topic must be provided by July 15, 2015.)

~ You will be able to have a booth (table and one chair) to display all of your work to an anticipated 50 brides and their guest. 

~ You can only represent one category of your business. 

~ Space will be limited (includes Vendor from package A, B, C, D): For example, 4 wedding photographers, 2 videographers, 2 florists, 1 invitation vendor,1 honeymoon vendor, 1 financial planner, 1 insurance agent, 1 real estate agent, 2 cake bakers, 2 caterers, 2 officiants, 2 musicians, 1 boudoir photographer, 2 hair stylists, 2 makeup artists, 4 DJs

~ Unlimited free tickets for your couples to attend the boot camp (postage charges may apply).

~ Linen for your booth is $15 (or you can provide your own at no charge)

~ Your logo (without contact information) and name in all printed marketing materials. (Logo must be provided by July  15, 2015.)

~ List of all brides and grooms attending the boot camp with name, address, and email addresses (if supplied by bride and groom).

 

____  Package B - Booth only with logo on marketing materials - $450 (there are up to 35 spots open for Package A and B)

(Registration Fee After July 15: $550)

~ You will be able to be involved in expanded advertising efforts at an additional charge (please inquire for details).

~ You will be able to have a less premium booth location/size than Package A.

~ You will be able to have a booth (table and one chair) to display all of your work to an anticipated 50 brides and their guest.  (This booth will be smaller than Package A.)

~ You can only represent one category of your business. 

~ Space will be limited (includes Vendor from package A, B, C, D): For example, 4 wedding photographers, 2 videographers, 2 florists, 1 invitation vendor,1 honeymoon vendor, 1 financial planner, 1 insurance agent, 1 real estate agent, 2 cake bakers, 2 caterers, 2 officiants, 2 musicians, 1 boudoir photographer, 2 hair stylists, 2 makeup artists, 4 DJs

(Registration Fee After July  15: $450)

~ You will be able to be involved in expanded advertising efforts at an additional charge (please inquire for details).

~ You will be able to have a less premium booth location/size than Package B.

~ You will be able to have a booth (table and one chair) to display all of your work to an anticipated 50 brides and their guest.  (Booth space smaller and a less premier location than Packages A and B)

~ You can only represent one category of your business. 

~ Space will be limited (includes Vendor from package A, B, C, D): For example, 4 wedding photographers, 2 videographers, 2 florists, 1 invitation vendor,1 honeymoon vendor, 1 financial planner, 1 insurance agent, 1 real estate agent, 2 cake bakers, 2 caterers, 2 officiants, 2 musicians, 1 boudoir photographer, 2 hair stylists, 2 makeup artists, 4 DJs

~ Unlimited free tickets for your couples to attend the boot camp (postage charges may apply).

Payment for spaces utilized for the October  2016 Bridal Boot Camp will be as follows:

All Payments are NON-Refundable and NON-Transferable. VENDOR agrees to pay 100% of the anticipated charges due to Samantha Jackson Weddings LLC according to the payment terms in this agreement. In the event a booth space is not paid in full according to the payment terms in this agreement, reserved booth space shall be forfeited at VENDOR’S expense. All Payments are to be made payable to Samantha Jackson Weddings LLC. A service charge of $35.00 will be imposed on any checks returned for non-sufficient funds.  Samantha Jackson Weddings LLC will pursue all legal and civil avenues allowable by law to collect the debt. (Please include Vendor Name on all checks).

 

 

 

 

BRIDAL BOOT CAMP AGREEMENT

 

This Agreement is made between Samantha Jackson Weddings, LLC (“SJW”) and ______________________________________________ (“Vendor”).  Whereas SJW is the host of a Bridal Boot Camp event (“Event”) and Vendor wishes to rent booth space within the Event.  Therefore, the parties agree as follows:

 

1.  BOOTH RENTAL.  SJW shall provide Vendor with an assigned booth space.  SJW’s booth space assignment and size are at the full discretion of SJW.  Various booth space packages are available for Vendor, and said packages are incorporated by reference within this Agreement.  In no event shall Vendor receive a return of his/her payment to SJW for booth space rental for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation by Vendor or lack of Event attendance.

 

2.  BOOTH RENTAL RESTRICTIONS & CONDITIONS.  Vendor shall not exceed assigned booth space boundaries.  Vendor shall not post signage or displays outside assigned booth space without written permission of SJW.  SJW reserves the right to alter booth space assignments up to and including the day of the Event.  Under no circumstances may Vendor sublet or assign said booth space.  If Vendor fails to occupy his/her assigned booth space before the commencement of the Event, Vendor shall forfeit his/her assigned booth space.  SJW reserves the right to restrict or remove any exhibits that SJW deems unsuitable or objectionable.  Vendors using sound as a marketing device shall do so in a manner not to disturb the business of other vendors.  PA devices or megaphones are strictly prohibited.  Under no circumstances may samples be sold.  All Vendors are required, at their own expense, to comply with local and federal laws and regulations.

 

3.  DOOR PRIZE(S).  Vendor agrees to provide at least one (1) door prize with a fair market value of at least fifty dollars ($50.00).  This door prize shall not be a discount for services provided by Vendor.

 

4.  INDEMNIFICATION.  By signing this Agreement, Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SJW, its employees, affiliates, officers, and members against loss, threatened loss, or expense, including attorney fees and costs, by reason of liability or potential liability of Vendor for or arising out of any claims for damages.

 

5.  OTHER TERMS.  This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and there are no promises or conditions in any other agreement, whether oral or written.  This Agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties.  Delay in performance by SJW due to anything beyond the control of SJW, including but not limited to acts of God, hurricanes, and national emergencies shall not give rise to any right of Vendor to cancel or rescind this Agreement.  If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.  This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.  In the event of any litigation pertaining in any way to this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the other party reasonable attorney fees and all court costs at all trial and appellate levels and in all arbitration and mediation.

Samantha is the only Accredited Bridal ConsultantTM  in Northwest Florida. This peer-reviewed designation is awarded to a Professional Bridal ConsultantTM that undergoes a portfolio review, received ongoing education, and received recommendations from clients and other wedding professionals.  Samantha believes that continuing education is the key to staying abreast of current trends and making them work for her brides.

 

Samantha Jackson brings to the table seven years in sales/negotiation and two years in Human Resources.


Samantha Jackson graduated from Bucknell University with a B.A.  She was a double-major in Political Science and History.
