OCEMA - June
Wednesday, June 6, 2012 from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM (PDT)
I recently attended the Electronic Recruiting Exchange (ERE) Expo in San Diego. My primary take away was that Social Media is evolving and we are just scratching the surface in the application of mobile media.
As part of branding and sourcing campaigns, many organizations have adopted the use of social media and implemented mobile strategies but results have been mixed as tracking and measurement methods vary from company to company. One thing is certain; both are working and disrupting conventional advertising models used to attract talent.
But questions remain such as: What is best practice? Which companies are leading the way? What are good versus poor strategies?
I am happy to share that Louis Vong, Vice President of Digital Strategy with TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, will join us to provide insights and answer some of these questions. His presentation is appropriately titled:
The Power of Social Influence…and the Social Machines
Social media influence can be equally, if not more powerful, than the content you create yourself. How do the best brands make the crowd work for them? What does the future of social media and their machines look like?
Join us in an engaging conversation about where social media is going and how great Brands make it work for them.
We will cover:
- Social influencer roles
- Social media next
- Mobile marketing
Louis Vong is a veteran of the ad agency world, Louis started in the mid 90’s at such as DDB, Austin Knight and TMP Worldwide.
