OCEMA - August
Wednesday, August 1, 2012 from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM (PDT)
Costa Mesa, CA
Talent Management Systems are evolving from Best-of-Breed platforms into fully integrated suites which can manage the entire employee lifecycle. Industry consolidation has seen larger enterprise solutions acquire complimentary software providers such as the acquisition of Taleo by Oracle and Success Factors by SAP.
During the economic downturn, organizations took the opportunity to upgrade internal systems, including Talent Management Systems. Organizations are now designing and implementing comprehensive talent management strategies to better manage human capital.
I am happy to share that Michael Brainard will join us to help decipher the latest in Talent Management trends. His presentation is appropriately titled:
Demonstrating the ROI for Integrated Talent Management: Best Practices and Applied Approaches
He will define specific aspects of fully implemented talent management approach which includes best practices in talent acquisition, acculturation (branding), performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and healthy leadership pipeline.
- What are the advantages of integrated talent management on culture and employee engagement?
- How do you align talent acquisition, acculturation, development, and succession planning?
- How to measure ROI of talent management initiatives?
Michael will answer these questions and articulate the advantages toward top talent retention and performance. He will build the business case to align these practices and the use of Human Capital metrics to make it a differentiator for HR and your organization.
