Talent Management Systems are evolving from Best-of-Breed platforms into fully integrated suites which can manage the entire employee lifecycle. Industry consolidation has seen larger enterprise solutions acquire complimentary software providers such as the acquisition of Taleo by Oracle and Success Factors by SAP.
During the economic downturn, organizations took the opportunity to upgrade internal systems, including Talent Management Systems. Organizations are now designing and implementing comprehensive talent management strategies to better manage human capital.
