Slow Money is an social network of investors, entrepreneurs, thought-leaders, farmers, donors and everyday folks who are interested in helping to strengthen, diversify and sustain our local economy and food system.
Investors will find innovative, motivated entrepreneurs seeking growth capital as well as other alternatives to directly invest in a way that can improve returns, eliminate fees, keep profits local, better diversify risk, and more. Entrepreneurs have not only found funding at our gatherings, but ideas, suppliers, distributors, partners, etc. - a whole network of support. Everyone will find a community of like-minded individuals who are eager to affirm a new direction for our food system and our economy.
Slow Money SoCal is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization,
so a minimum suggested donation of $10 can be made
in this RSVP (above) or at the door.

Slow Money SoCal is a volunteer non-profit network that connects farmers, entrepreneurs, investors, thought-leaders and everyday folks interested in developing alternatives that help strengthen, and diversify our local Southern California food system.
Slow Money SoCal is the Southern California chapter of Slow Money, the movement and national nonprofit organization that catalyzes investments in local food systems.
