Oaktown 13.1 launches on 1/8/12 and culminates with completion of the Oakland Half Marathon on 3/25!
Start Date: Sun., Jan.8, 2012 @ 9:30AM at Presidio Sports Basement at 610 Old Mason Street
Training: 10 weeks-1/8-3/25, 2 workouts per week (Wed. Nights@ 6:30PM and Sunday Mornings@ 9:30AM)
-Wednesday night run workouts @ 6:30PM launch from the ballfield area in Golden Gate Park behind the intersection of Lincoln/7th Avenue.
-Sunday morning runs @ 9:30AM launch from the ballfield area in Golden Gate Park behind the intersection of Lincoln/7th Avenue unless specified otherwise in the email newsletter.
Workout Locations: Ballfield area in Golden Gate Park behind the intersection of Lincoln/7th Avenue. Sunday morning long runs will take place in Golden Gate Park, Lake Merced, Ocean Beach, or the Warming Hut.
Goal Race(s): The Oakland Half Marathon on Sun, 3/25/12!
