Event Details

Conference Objectives:

 1.    Creating Organizational Connectivity

Participants identify the organizational connections and individual partnerships that must be established before disaster strikes.

 2.     Establishing the Baseline

What are the Gaps? Overall system deficiencies

What are the Gives? What your organization has to offer

What are the Gets? What your organization needs to be of meaningful assistance

 3.     Identifying Core Leaders

To achieve the goal of a comprehensive recovery plan for O'ahu, requires an ongoing effort that     may take several years. The core leaders will take this baseline information and determine the next steps, including planning for succession of leadership among youth groups.
