What type on an event is this?
The NYE City Hall is a fun & upscale event for the 21+ at San Francisco City Hall.

What does my GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET include?

Your GA ticket includes ALL of the following:

* Admission & Access to the Main Rotunda, North Light Court, and South Light Court.
* Open Bar downstairs in North Light Court from 8 pm – 9 pm.

What does a PREMIUM OPEN BAR TICKET include? 

* Everything that a GENERAL ADMISSION ticket offers, plus
* Access to the PREMIUM OPEN BAR area [Downstairs adjacent to Main Rotunda] with private bartenders, and Complimentary Top Shelf beverages
*PREMIUM OPEN BAR Tickets are good From 8pm to last Call !!

Please drink responsibly & have a designated driver if you are driving to/from the event that evening. You are limited to 2 drinks per order for each visit to the bar. Absolutely no intoxicated persons will be served any liquor. Please understand that although this is a hosted bar, lines will be longer during peak hours.

**If you purchase a table that comes with general admission tickets you can upgrade each ticket to an Open Bar ticket for an additional fee.

What does BOTTLE SERVICE include?
* Everything that a General Admission ticket offers, plus
* Access to 2nd floor Bottle Service Area with private bartenders.

What are the event hours?
Event begins at 8 pm, and ends a little before 2am.

I ordered my tickets online [eventbrite or clubzone], how & where do I pick up my tickets?
All tickets will be claimed at our Will-Call station for pickup on the evening of the event at the Polk street entrance: 

Advance Will Call Pickup will begin on 12.31.14 at 3:00-5:00pm
Regular Will Call will begin on 12.31.14 at 7:30 pm – 12:00 am

It is highly recommended that you come early to ensure entry before Midnight.

What do I need to pickup my tickets at will call?
Please bring a valid government issue ID and order # (you may also bring a print-out of the confirmation email that was sent to the email address you provided).

I already have my presale ticket, should I wait in the will call line?

If you already have your presale tickets, you will not need to wait in the Will-Call line. Please enter through our "General Admission" line on Polk Street with your presale ticket. Both GENERAL ADMISSION & PREMIUM OPEN BAR Ticket holders access the venue via the same “General Admission” line.

Does it matter which host or organization that I purchase my tickets from? 

it is recommended that you purchase tickets through Clubzone although you may also purchase tickets through ClubZone. If you are unsure please email contact Each ticket will be valid for 1 admission to this grand event!

Will tickets be available at the door?

A limited number of tickets will be held at the door for sale beginning on the day of the event. These prices will be higher than the last presale admission price listed online.

Will there be any food served at the event?                                                                                                         Food is not included with the price of your admission ticket. Please have your New Year's Dinner prior to coming to the event. Limited quantities of passed Hors d'oeuvres will be available at the event on a first come first serve basis.

Will there be a Coat Check available?
Yes, coat check will be available for a small fee, on the right hand side immediately upon entry into San Francisco City Hall from the Polk street entrance.

What kind of music will be played?
There will be 3 rooms of music on the main/2nd levels playing a mix of house, hiphop, mashup, top-40, alternative, international, and live performers.

Will there be general seating at the event?
General seating, if available, will be EXTREMELY limited. If you'd like a reserved table, please view our Bottle service options.

Where do I enter the party from?
The entrance to the party will be from the Polk Street entrance. This will be the only entrance into the party.

BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit)
BART will have extended NYE hours until 3am. City Hall is located a few short blocks from BART's Civic Center/UN Plaza Station. Check out their website here for more information.

Where do I park?
There are several parking garages in the area. We’d recommend parking at the Civic Center Plaza Parking Garage across the street open until 4am. There is also the Opera Plaza Parking garage 2 blocks away at 601 Van Ness.

What is the dress code?
Semi-formal attire required: Dresses, Suits. Black tie optional. No refunds for those not in dress code.

Will there be smoking allowed?
There will be an outdoors smoking section provided for our guests. No smoking will be permitted inside the facility - those who break this law will be escorted off premises immediately. No refunds permitted.
