Queens Open House

NYC REACH invites you to the third event in our 2014 Open House Series. Taking place on May 1st, 2014, this open house will provide an overview of what to expect in 2014.

This event will include presentations that cover:

  • 2014 State of Health in Queens
  • 2014 changes to Meaningful Use
  • Provider's Perspective on the impact of Health Information Technology
  • Services available to your practice from NYC REACH


Attendees will also have an opportunity to interact and network with other providers from the Queens area.

NYC REACH is administered by the NYC Department of Health’s Primary Care Information Project (PCIP), a mayoral initiative focused on improving quality care in NYC through health information technology and funded under the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act. NYC REACH is the federally designated regional extension center (REC) for NYC. The mission of the REC is to educate and support health care providers in becoming meaningful users of electronic health records (EHRs).
