Amir Orad is a successful CEO, entrepreneur and a financial technology, big data and financialcrime expert. He brings proven success in leading businesses by orders of magnitude from no revenue to $200M in both start-up and public company settings as well as multiple M&As. Orad is the departing CEO of NICE Actimize the financial crime software leader monitoringbillions of transactions at the world’s top FIs. He led the company’s business, first as EVP and later as President and CEO. Under his leadership it grew over six fold with recent Wall Street reported revenue nearing a $200M run rate. Prior to Actimize, Orad was co-founder EVP Product of Cyota, a payment authentication and security company protecting over 100 million online banking and e-commerce users, which was acquired by RSA Security for $145M. He co-led the company’s business activities there from zero to over $100M in bookings. Orad also serves on a number of boards including being a founding board member at BillGuard the personal finance analytics mobile app company.
