Event Details

The Student Leadership Summit, presented by McDonald’s, is a national series designed to inspire high school students to stay in school, improve their academic performance, graduate, and pursue a postsecondary education.  Each year, McDonald’s selects ten high schools to host this event. While the Student Leadership Summit series target districts and high schools with a large Latino student body population, the program is open to all studentsApproximately 1200 students and educators are expected to participate in the program.

09:00 am - 09:45 am        Opening Session for all students @ Auditorium

09:46 am - 10:33 am        Cycle I: High School for Health Careers & Sciences College Fair visit 

10:37 am - 11:24 am        Cycle II: The College Academy College Fair Visit

11:28 am - 12:15 pm        Cycle III: High School for Media and Communications College Fair visit

12:20 pm - 01:07 pm        Cycle IV: High School for Law and public service College Fair visit
