NVC Men's Group

3rd Wednesday of the month, 7-9pm

Stop the fights, end the resentments, and support your fellow men! In this monthly group we will practice identifying and avoiding the main pitfalls men face in relationships at home or at work, and practice being part of an NVC based men's group.

About the instructor:
Armando Alcaraz is a song writer and teacher of Nonviolent Communication. He teaches NVC in Spanish and English in Watsonville through the PAPAS Program (Supporting Father Involvement) at the Santa Cruz Community Counseling Center. Armando is also the founder of Music of Mindfulness (musicofmindfulness.com) to create journeys of healing and self connection through music, meditation and contemplation.
