Decided to register for a marathon or half marathon this year? Not sure how to properly eat while training? This is the class for you! We will talk about calorie burning, hydration and optimal foods for training. We’ll also talk about the importance of rest and relaxation during your training. Course will include handouts, diagrams, and workout suggestions along with recipes & snacks!
