With over 18 years of experience, Chef Bradley is a highly specialized expert in the field of olive oil sensory evaluation, education, and the culinary applications of high quality extra virgin olive oil. Attendees will learn how to taste extra virgin olive oil like an expert, learn the right questions to ask when purchasing extra virgin olive oil, and how Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil can be used in chemistry driven culinary applications.
Each attendee will also receive recipes, educational hand-outs, and a 200 ml. bottle of the freshest, finest Certified Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil - all included in the price of admission.
Profit from ticket sales and 15% of the profit from any product sales during the event will go to benefit Our Lady of Grace School's 6th grade ecological camping trip to Camp Caritas.
