This class takes your core training to another level. You will learn ways to strengthen your entire core. You core does not only consist of your abs but your hips, and glutes. In this class you will perform drills that will help develop the smaller muscle groups that may get overlooked and also help you understand how to activate and engage your core while doing NTC or other types of activities.
