NTC - Volunteer Management (two-part workshop)

Are you responsible for volunteer management within your organization and feel that you have mastered the basics? Are you looking to take your volunteer program to the next level? If so, this training is for you. This advanced workshop will provide practical ways to enhance your volunteer program inside your agency and develop strong connections to the outside community. Participants will learn how to become better volunteer managers by being better people managers, how to develop executive level and full organizational support, and develop ideas for giving your volunteers opportunities for growth within your organization. The workshop will also explore innovative ways to engage businesses, develop targeted recruitment plans, and discover the benefits of collective recruitment in your community. This is a two-part workshop.
This is a two-part workshop, you must also attend Thursday, May 3, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
