This PNC-sponsored event benefits the work of the Northeast Indiana Passenger Rail Association, Inc. (NIPRA), a not-for-profit organization that has been working since 2009 to plan and promote a high-speed rail corridor connecting Fort Wayne to Chicago as well as points east.
