Five local chefs battle to compete against other North Country chefs to claim Top Chef of the North Country! Only two of them will make it to the finals on November 2. Littleton's regional contest will feature soups and salads made with local farm ingredients! The Maplewood will prepare additional appetizers, dessert, and local beverages to round out the evening's meal! Guests will vote for the coveted People's Choice Award, while chefs from the American Culinary Federation (White Mountains Chapter) judge the contest. Space is limited so grab your tickets early! NCF Coop is a marketing cooperative of very small farmers who have banded together to market, sell and distribute their local goods to restaurants, hotels, hospitals and schools.
