Welcome to the first ever Nomiku Sous Vide Throwdown! Come on out for a day of FREE tasty noms and fun demos on the magnificent way of cooking called sous vide :)
Two top chefs from the Bay Area will be throwing down the gauntlet and making the best dish they can to win your votes! All you need to bring is your appetite and your smartphone--voting will be done via Twitter and Instagram.
Demos by the Nomiku team will be put on all day and the tasting will begin around 1:30pm.
Any and all are welcome! Just make sure not to arrive after the food runs out! Once it's nommed up, it's nommed up.

Chef Scott Peabody is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, and worked in NYC under acclaimed chefs Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Thomas Keller before moving cross-country to SF to work at Nomiku.
