NOLA VEGGIE FEST DATES AND HOURS
Sat May 10th: 11am - 6pm
Sunday May 11th: Noon - 6pm
There’s so much to see and do at this fun, family friendly event! Veggie festers spend the entire day sampling products, patronizing food vendors, attending cooking demos, listening to speakers, watching informational films, and learning about the health benefits of a plant-based diet. Most of all, though, it's all about food - decadently delicious food that just happens to be healthy.
Whether you’re interested in healthy eating, sustainable living, compassion for animals or, simply enjoying excellent cuisine made with veggies, then NOLA Veggie Fest is for you! We offer something for everyone and all are welcome: vegans, vegetarians, omnivores and carnivores alike! Geaux Veg Ya’ll!
DON'T WAIT! These tickets are available for online purchase only! Single-day passes at the door are $10 per day with tote bags available on a first come, first served basis. (PLEASE NOTE: In honor of Mother's Day on May 11th, Moms get in free with their kids - Children under 12 get in free throughout the Fest.)
When & Where
Humane Society of Louisiana
The Humane Society of Louisiana protects and defends animals from cruelty, neglect, exploitation and mistreatment. Through our cruelty investigatiion, crime prevention, education and animal care programs, we promote nonviolence and compassion for all animals statewide.
Founded in New Orleans in 1988, the Humane Society of Louisiana leads the fight against cruelty to animals statewide. Our direct care programs have touched the lives of hundreds of thousands of animals. We are a grassroots animal protection charity with a small staff and hundreds of dedicated volunteers. We are not an affiliate of any larger group; we receive no tax funding, and we rely on private donations for support. Our campaign headquarters are located in New Orleans, and we have purchased property in Mt. Hermon in Washington parish, where we will operate the state's largest no-kill animal sanctuary.
