No Straight Lines: Queer Comics Release Party and Trivia Night!
Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at 6:30 PM (PDT)
We are sorry to say that we must postpone this event until a later date. We do have copies of the book No Straight Lines in the store, and if you would like to come by and pick one up tonight, we will extend a 20% off discount on it to you. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
We’ll also be playing Geek Sex Trivia, exploring the sex lives of your favorite fictional queer characters from television and comics. We’ll keep it going at an after party at Elysian Brewery!
Stop by Babeland at 707 E. Pike St. on Capitol Hill, call 206-328-2914 or visit http://nostraightlinesfantagraphics.eventbrite.com to RSVP.

When & Where
Claire Cavanah and Rachel Venning opened the first Babeland store in 1993 in response to the lack of women-friendly sex shops in Seattle. The store offered top quality products, a pleasant place to shop, and most of all information and encouragement to women who wanted to explore their sexuality. The store's popularity with both women and men has led to three more stores in New York, plus a thriving and educational website.
We host workshops and events almost every week. Stop by for one of our Moms events, Art Walk nights, Babeland Brunches or one of our many popular sex education classes.
