Join us in the No-Li River Room for our Spring seasonal brewers dinner! Four delicious courses, five beers, including specialty releases.
The evening starts out with a social beer, during which you will mingle with our brewers and take a quick tour of the brewery. After we all get settled, you'll hear from our brewers, and Chef Branden Moreau, as they introduce our beers, food, and some insider info about the brewery. After four courses paired with four beers, you'll head home happy with some brewery goodies and a full stomach!
1 :: Charcuterie Plate: Assortment of cured meats, candied nuts, sliced fruit, and Skyrail IPA Naan Bread; paired with Skyrail IPA
2 :: Mixed Green: Toasted Hazelnuts, Agave Mustard, House-Cured Carlton Farms Pancetta, and Gorgonzola Cheese; paired with Empire No. 8 Session IPA (new!)
3 :: Born & Raised IPA Braised Lamb Shank: Butternut Squash, Proscuitto Hash and Born & Raised India Pale Ale Lamb Jus; paired with Born & Raised IPA
4 :: Dawn of the Donut/No-Li Collaboration Donut: Special donut created by Dawn of the Donut using our "Brewers Breakfast" donut beer; paired with "Brewers Breakfast" a Coffee, Oatmeal, Milk Stout made with Dawn of the Donut mix.
