The 4th annual NJ Study Abroad Reentry Conference brings together over 100 returned study abroad college students throughout NJ to share stories from abroad and discuss their transition back to life on campus and at home.
Staff members from NJ partner study abroad offices will faciliate sessions on topics of cultural re-adjustment, how to market& present your international experience through resumes and job interviews, international career and fellowship opportunities, and advocacy.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. It's FREE!! You must be a returned study abroad student from a NJ college or university
Second most important question- Will there be food?
Absolutely. We will provide a light breakfast and hearty Mexican lunch.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Rutgers New Brunswick is accesible through the NJ Northeast Cooridor Line. From the New Brunswick Train Station, the Student Center is about a 10 minute walk along College Avenue. (See map above).
If you're driving here, the Rutgers Student Center is accesible via Route 18 (Exit 9 on the NJ Turnpike).

What should I bring along with me?
We recommend you bring along a copy of your resume to review during the mock interview and resume sessions. Also, please bring your student ID.
