Must I be a Nielsen client to attend this event?
The Nielsen Audio Client Conference and Jacobs Media Summit is open only to Nielsen clients, their authorized consultants and researchers, noncommercial stations that obtain their Nielsen data through the Radio Research Consortium, and our sponsors. All registrations are subject to verification as an Nielsen client.
What is my recommended travel schedule?
The conference begins at 9AM on December 11 with the Urban PD Clinic, so we recommend arriving the night prior or the morning of the 11th. The conference concludes around 4PM on December 12.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There are multiple transportation options from BWI airport and the Baltimore Penn Amtrak station to the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Baltimore. Your email confirmation will have all of the details.
Is my registration transferable?
If you can't make the event, you can transfer your registration at no cost to another Nielsen client at any time before the event begins.
What is the refund policy?
Through November 27, your registration fee is refundable less a $50 administrative charge. Beginning on November 28 fees are nonrefundable but your registration may be transferred to another Nielsen client at no cost.
