Nichols College Orientation - Class of 2017
Nichols College and the Center for Student Involvement is preparing for the arrival of the Class of 2017! We have started to plan your summer orientation, and wanted to give you some details.
The Nichols College Orientation program is an overnight, one and a half day program that takes place in June. We have designed a schedule to acclimate you to Nichols College in the best way possible. Your experience at Nichols College begins at Orientation.
We have a wide range of activities planned for you to get familiar with new classmates, Nichols College and all the opportunities awaiting you “on the Hill”. Don’t worry families and guests; we have sessions for you too! We will offer a Family & Guest Orientation on the first day of each orientation session. These sessions will enable you to transition along with your student to Nichols College.
Nichols College New Student Orientation Dates:
For sessions A – C, plan on arriving between 9:00am – 10:00am to register and put your things in your room for the night. The day kicks off at 10:15 a.m. with the Orientation Welcome in Fels Student Center and is done by 1:00 p.m. on the second day.
Session D is a one-day session that is abbreviated to give those who could not make it to the overnight sessions only the essentials to be prepared for the fall academic semester. We highly encourage you to try and attend sessions A – C to get the complete orientation experience.
Can’t make it to any orientation sessions? Contact us at Involvement@nichols.edu and we will make sure you receive all the information and connect with one of our orientation leaders to get your questions answered.
