Friday, April 26, 2013 at 4:00 PM - Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 2:00 PM (EDT)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
We invite delegates from each member university to join us in Newark, NJ for our Spring 2013 Organizational Meeting and National Board Elections. We will discuss NHSA's upcoming initiatives, facilitate communication between universities and the national board, and also work on strengthening our regional programs.
Gianna Angelopoulou will be speaking on Friday at 7:00PM, so everyone needs to arrive before then. She will be announcing a surprise for NHSA, so do your very best not to miss it!
Elections for the 2013-2014 Executive Board will take place on Saturday, April 27. All interested candidates (whether or not you are a university delegate) are welcome to attend and make a bid for a position on the board.
Who can attend this NHSA Meeting?
The chosen representative (a Greek, Greek American, Greek Canadian, or Cypriot undergraduate or graduate student) from each member college or university is eligible to attend, as well as any students who will be running for a position on the NHSA executive board.
Representatives who qualify for reimbursement are outside the 7-hour driving radius of Newark.
It is highly recommended that incoming flights arrive at Newark Airport to facilitate easy transportation to our meeting site. Please send NHSA (firstname.lastname@example.org) all flight info so that we are prepared to receive you, and please also send your itineraries if you are outside the 7 hour driving radius, so that you may be reimbursed.
*The $100 fee includes hotel and food for Friday night and check-out is on Saturday at noon, so if students are planning on staying longer, they need to contact Eirini Veliou (email@example.com) by April 8th.
