What to expect? My workouts focus on highly efficient, full body weight training using dumbbells and weights to strengthen and sculpt your major muscle groups. Why? Developing strong muscles is not only the key to burning fat all day long for a leaner body, but also for fighting osteoperosis, preventing injury, and improving posture and balance.
