Only those people that purchased tickets in advance will be allowed on the 2nd floor, however you will be allowed to party on the 1st floor at no charge. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Government issued picture ID (U.S.A. issued drivers license or passport—no foreign drivers license accepted) will be required. 21 and over only.
What are my transportion/parking options getting to the event?
Street parking as well as 2 lots ($5-$10), Franklin & 17th St. Grace and 17th St and at the Main Street Train Station parking lot ($5—credit/debit card only).
Cabs will be running all night as well as the Bus to the Bottom and Back. GRTC transit will run most of the night.
What can/can't I bring to the event? No outside food or beverage will be allowed in the venue. There will be a coat check ($1) available. The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Tickets are transferable.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You must bring your ticket to the event. Lost, misplaced or forgotten tickets will not be an excuse to enter the venue.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds given after December 1st. Until December 1st, the ticket purchase price (minus a $10 handling fee) will be refunded upon written request.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
