Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

No.  Women of all ages are welcome.  (No children, toddlers or infants.)


What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Parking across the street at the UTC Shopping Center is free.  You can use the walking bridge to cross over La Jolla Village Drive, and it will bring you right into Executive Square. 

Paid parking in Executive Square is available directly across from the entrance to Building 4225 and has a maximum limit of $12.50 per day.


What can/can't I bring to the event?

Bring an open mind that is ready to receive all the good we have in store for you.  Bringing a friend to share it with is recommended.  No drugs or alcohol, of course :)

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes.  If you sign up and can't make it, just let Elizabeth or Wendy know in advance who'll be taking your place.


Can I update my registration information?

You can do that when you sign in at the event.  If you want to change to a different session, i.e., morning to afternoon, or upgrade to the BOGO Special, contact Wendy by phone or email (see organizer info above).


Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, but if by chance you can't print it out or lose it, we'll have a record of your registration.


What is the refund policy?

Only the $29 deposit is nonrefundable.  The BOGO and 1/2 Day Specials are refundable.


The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

What is the attire for the event?

Dress comfortably and modestly.  Jean Vreeland, Founder of the 5-minute PJ Workout, will be leading us in some breathing and stretching exercises before the sessions begin, to get our blood flowing and our bodies going and ready to enjoy a great day.  (Participation is optional.)
