New Consultant Open House
The Partnership for After School Education (PASE) is a leader in the out-of-school time field in offering professional development that provides both theoretical grounding and practical help for beginners, advanced practitioners, program managers and executive directors of out-of-school time agencies.
We are currently seeking to add to our network of consultants who reflect the diversity of the field and provide high-quality professional development opportunities that support the continuous improvement of programs. PASE consultants come from community-based organizations, institutions of higher education, senior staff of leading city and national nonprofits, and most importantly, from “practitioner-experts” working in the youth services field who have program expertise to share with others. PASE consultants represent a variety of disciplines including education, social work, arts, technology, advocacy, non-profit management, assessment and others.
Qualifications of PASE Consultants:
- At least 3 years experience developing and facilitating training and/or technical assistance
- Experience using various training and technical assistance techniques to meet the different needs of diverse audiences
- Excellent facilitation and group management skills
- Experience working with or for youth programs
We are particularly seeking expertise in the following:

If you meet these qualifications and are interested in learning more about how you can become a PASE Consultant as a representative of your organization, or independently, we invite you to participate in this upcoming open house.
