What Have They Gone And Done in Sacramento That Will Affect Me Now - The New Construction Laws That Went Into Effect In 2013, presented by Bill Hurley, esq, of MillerMorton, Caillat & Nevis, LLP

Bill Hurley has more than 21 years of construction law experience, with an emphasis in representing general contractors in all facets of private and public construction, such as contract negotiation and preparation of prime contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders. He has represented general contractors in bid disputes on public works projects, claim preparation and claim evaluation, prosecution and defense of contractor claims, and prosecution and defense of mechanic’s lien claims.

This is an annual event of ASPE Chapter 55. We try to give you all the insight into what new
laws took effect on January 1st that will affect your construction business in 2013.
